We have a 30 day returns policy, so if your product is in brand new condition (i.e. packaging is not damaged and product is not used) and you are wanting to exchange or refund we can make the arrangements.
If you do need to return something for any reason, please contact our team before returning the item.

- An order number/proof of purchase
- Reason for the return
- Images of the product / in the packaging to confirm the condition
